Positive: So many great things! A large and clean room, a fridge inside the room, an electric kettle with complimentary coffee and tea, and comfortable bedding. The food was delicious and well-priced, and the staff were very polite and good price. This was one of the best stays during our 30-day trip around Armenia. Even though the hotel was not located inside the village center, the location was ideal for us since we didn't have a car.

Positive: Spacious, clean, bright, and well-maintained room. Two bedrooms, a very large living room, and a comfortable and spacious bathroom, all at a great price. There's a spa available, which we unfortunately didn't use. Local food is available at a good price. Very close to Noratus and Sevan Lake. The garden has a closed gazebo for dining, a swing, and more. It's a shame we couldn't enjoy it in the summer! The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. :)
Negative: Nothing. We loved everything. :)
Summary: Lovely place near Sevan Lake
